Do you deliver to businesses as well as homes?
Yes. Offices and small commercial accounts can order online just like homeowners — choose "Office / Small Commercial" in the form above.
Do I need to be home for my delivery?
For drop off, no — we'll leave the bags wherever you tell us. For full service, we just need access to your softener, whether that's an unlocked garage, a side door, or you being home.
What's the difference between drop off and full service?
Drop off ($10) means we deliver the bags to your door or garage. Full service ($20) means we carry them in, pour the salt into your brine tank, check your salt level, and clean up.
How many bags do I need?
Most homes use two to four 40-pound bags per fill, depending on tank size and water usage. Not sure? Put in an estimate and our team will confirm when we reach out.
